upon your initial enquiry, you can tell us about the project and any specific requirements. we will then give you a call to find out the best options for you and whether a site survey is required.
- site survey
leading on our initial discussion if a site survey is required we will arrange this. We will visit the project looking at the type and amount of work required whilst answering any futher questions you may have.
- quote
following on from a site survey, we will send out a detailed itemised quotation and specification for the project.
- order recieved
once we recieve your order, we will start planning labour and materials ready for your project's agreed start date.
- during the project
during the project our team will be looking after you, making sure the quality of work is enforced throughout the process adhering to all the guidelines set out from discussions and the site survey.
- project completion & aftercare
as part of our aftercare, we will ensure the work is complete to the standards required and you are satisified with the project.
